"What I have learned so far..."

Perhaps the most interesting thing I have learned about so far is the Fourier transform. The Fourier transform is used to change a function describing the time domain to a function describing the frequency domain. The benefit for this transform lies in the different problems we will deal with. Sometimes it will be easier to work in the frequency domain and others in the time domain.

The form of the Fourier transform: X(f)=x(t)ej2πftdt.
