There are two nice math/scripting programs for the mac:
- Scilab
- Octive
For Scilab:
Full gooey for mac (windows and linux) with a compiled app ready to install. This is a great app and nice interface, but the coding is different than MatLab and Octive.
To download:

- After downloading, move the application to the application folder. The application is ready to install and run.
