There are two nice math/scripting programs for the mac:
- Scilab
- Octive
For Scilab: Full gooey for mac (windows and linux) with a compiled app ready to install. This is a great app and nice interface, but the coding is different than MatLab and Octive. Go to http://www.scilab.org/products/scilab/download The application is ready to install and run.
For Octive:
Is a terminal based without a gooey interface. However, with the aid of Aquaterm it can also do graphing.
